While a college student, Lauren Revard founded Twinhead Theatre Company and also began classes at Whole World Improv Theatre. She eventually worked as a student director at the company from 2009 to 2014. She also co-founded Yes And Films, LLC in 2010 and has been working as a managing partner.

Revard has also performed with The Buskers which was founded with her best friend troupe. 

In December 2014, she founded the corporate Improv training event Brain Storm. She is also a voice actress.
