Mo Collins is an actress and comedian by profession. She is well known as a member of the ensemble on the sketch comedy series Mad TV, the sitcom Parks and Recreation, and the horror series Fear the Walking Dead as Sarah Rabinowitz.

Mo Collins was born on July 7, 1965, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Her full name is Maureen Ann Collins, her mother’s name is Winnie Collins, and her father’s name is Tom Collins. She is not the only child of her parents and has two siblings- an older sister Katie Collins and a younger sister Molly Collins.

For education, Mo Collins attended Armstrong High School where she appeared in theatrical plays. She graduated from the same in 1983. She then attended Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop.

Collins married Jimi Englund on 17 September 1993. Their son Cullen James Englund was born on May 11, 1995. Their marriage ended in divorce in 2009.

Mo Collins met Alex Skuby on April 30, 2010, and began dating. She and her boyfriend, who is also an actor, married on 22 June 2013. She does not have any children with her current husband but through this marriage, she is a stepmother to Cade Skuby.

Early Days

Collins is an alumna of The Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre. Her debut screen role was in the 1996 film Jingle All the Way. In 1998 she joined FOX's sketch comedy series Mad TV as a member of the ensemble. Among all the numerous characters she portrayed on the show, her most popular characters were the screechy-voiced mother of overgrown toddler Stuart named Doreen, the odd, annoying, confused middle-aged woman named Lorraine, and continuously unlucky Tina.

Some of the celebrity impressions Mo Collins did while on the show are of- Jewel, Sally Struthers, Pink, Cynthia Nixon, Goldie Hawn, Dina Lohan, Jenny Jones, Jane Kaczmarek, Catherine Hicks,  Allison Janney. She left the show in 2016, after a total of 155 episodes.
