Who is SSSniperwolf?

SSSniperwolf is a YouTuber, Gamer, and vlogger by profession and British by nationality. She is well known for her gameplay videos, cosplay, and mostly YouTube videos.

SSSniperwolf – Bio, Age, Parents, Siblings

SSSniperwolf’s birth took place on October 22, 1992, in England. She was born Alia “Lia” Shelesh. She is not the only child of her parents and has three siblings - two younger brothers Paul Shelesh, and Bakir Shelesh, and a younger sister Ranya Shelesh, who is now a YouTuber. The family had moved to Los Angeles where she was raised.

Although SSSniperwolf is open about her early life, she is yet to reveal the name of her mother, father, siblings, and high school.

Education, Ethnicity

She had a hard time at school and did not get along with anybody. In high school, the family moved again and SSSniperwolf transferred to another school. Things got better in high school and she also made friends.

After graduating from high school early, she attended community college to become a nurse and/or a pharmacist. But she dropped out of college to focus more on YouTube. 

Her ethnicity is Greek and Turkish.

SSSniperwolf – Boyfriend, Husband, Children, Divorce

SSSniperwolf began dating a YouTuber named Evan Sausage in 2013. He had messaged her on YouTube and the two began talking.

After a few months, the couple met at Comic-Con and soon began their romantic relationship.  She and her boyfriend bought a house and moved in together with their dog. The couple has not revealed their plans to get married or have children. They separated in 2023.

As she has never married, divorce is out of context.

SSSniperwolf – Career

Before Fame

SSSniperwolf loved to play games from a young age. Her father had bought her PS1 when she was 8 years old and her first favorite game was Metal Gear Solid. Her pseudonym SSSniperwolf is the combination of her first YouTube channel sexysexysniper and Metal Gear Solid’s antagonists Sniper Wolf. 

Later on, her mother bought her PS2 and SSSniperwolf was able to enjoy more games.

In middle school, she started her very own business. She used to buy $1 action figures and sell them on eBay for profit. This helped her parents to pay the bills. When SSSniperwolf was 18, she saved money to buy a car. But her father registered the car in his name and took it from her.

In January 2013, she started her own YouTube channel. She also began to work at Hollister where she folded clothes but she soon quit.

Her first videos were gaming videos of Call of Duty: Black Ops II. She loved to play Call of Duty (COD) and Rising and she often live-streamed it. SSSniperwolf’s gaming videos soon gained subscribers and she became an established gamer and a cosplayer.

She has posted numerous gameplays including Overwatch, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Destiny, Grand Theft Auto Online, Halo 5: Guardians, Happy Wheels, Tales From The Borderlands, and Tom Clancy's The Division.

As of June 2019, SSSniperwolf has over 15.8 million subscribers on YouTube. Although she no longer does many gaming videos and has a variety of content, she is well-loved by her fans.

Forbes listed her as Top Influencers – Gaming in 2017.
