A Look Back

Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno met when Everett was vacationing in Jimeno’s home country the Dominican Republic. Following a brief romance, they secretly got engaged.

Jimeno then moved to Atlanta, USA on a K-1 visa where Everett lied to her family about the engagement saying Jimeno was in the US on a student visa. Although her parents did have their suspicion, they did buy into their made-up story. However, Everett did come clean to her parents later.

On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Jimeno got into an explosive fight with his soon-to-be-in-law family over dinner. By explosive we mean, lamps being punched, shirts being torn and weaves being ripped out.

Their marriage seemed to be over as Chantel blames Jimeno for the brawl and he, in turn, makes his way back to the Dominican Republic. However, it looks like they are not giving up their relationship that easily.

The show The Family Chantel, produced by Sharp Entertainment, premieres in July on TLC and will be airing on Mondays. As Lee himself said, fans can’t get enough of Pedro, Chantel drama!
