Addison Rae’s mom updates bio to single on Instagram after husband’s affair goes public

Addison Rae’s mother Sheri Nicole Easterling has changed her Instagram bio to “single mom” after her husband Monty Lopez’s alleged five-month affair with a 25-year-old woman named Renée Ash.

Easterling followed up with a Tweet after starting fresh. “That old version of you. Isn’t for you. New story. New version!” she wrote to her 340k followers.

Easterling, 42, and Lopez, 46, share three children- daughter Addison Rae, 21, and sons Enzo, 14, and Lucas, 8.

The family trouble came after Renée Ash claimed to have had an affair with Lopez after he “misled” her to believe that their relationship was more serious than he had with his wife.

“Unfortunately, he misled me about his marriage, he lied to me. He told me that we were going to be together and have babies together,” Ash spoke to the media. “He even introduced me to his mom, his youngest brother and I thought we had something real. He told me a story of his marriage that convinced me that they were apart and in the process of getting a divorce.”

Ash went on to share that she broke up with Lopez this week after numerous girls accused Lopez of hitting on them in person and on FaceTime. However, it wasn’t the last straw for Ash. She allegedly made the decision after a video of him leaked where he was caressing a 19-year-old’s backside during a party.

“I am so sorry if anything I have said has hurt his family any more than he already has. And I am also sorry that he has hurt me so deeply that I believed we were in love,” Ash apologized to Lopez’s family for speaking out.

Despite the disturbing accusations and eventual split between Easterling and Lopez, also a TikToker with over 5.4 million followers, he has a husband to @sherinicole on his bio.

Amid the fallout, Addison Rae has not commented on her father’s behavior while  Easterling has shared that she is focusing on the children.

“Personal matters being brought public are always challenging and overwhelming for anyone involved. I will be okay. My biggest concern is -and always will be my children and their fragile hearts and minds. I will always do my best to protect them,” she had written on her Instagram hours before the news broke.
