The couple recently made headlines after it was confirmed they had welcomed a baby boy named Roman Pacino.

Alfallah, who “mostly dates very rich older men” and an ex-girlfriend of Mick Jagger, began dating Pacino during the COVID-19 pandemic. They kept most of their relationship out of the public eye but did share the news of Alfallah’s pregnancy in May 2023 – during the 8th month of pregnancy.
