Amanda Bynes has moved in with her parents.

A judge decided this week that it was acceptable for Bynes to live on her own since she is out of the sober living facility. Sources said,

“She may not go back [to the facility], but again, she's not doing drugs and mentally and physically she's okay. She does not have to go back but it's unclear what's going to happen.”

“In court, her parents were reassured that she's doing well and okay and that everything is back on track."

Earlier this year Bynes graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise with her associate's degree. And with her own accord, she checked into a sober living facility which indicated that the actress was turning her life around.

However, when rumors spread that she had fled the sober living facility concerns about her wellbeing were raised. Sources had revealed,

“She dropped out of the FIDM bachelor degree program she enrolled in... [and] is not working. She has access to her money so she's financially independent."

The sober living facility that Bynes was staying in also released a statement following rumors that she had fled the facility and is lost or missing,

“Amanda has never been lost or missing. She did leave the sober living facility but her parents know where she is. With Amanda, it’s not surprising that she would leave the sober living facility. It’s not uncommon for anyone dealing with sobriety and mental health issues.”

The insider added that Amanda Bynes is not doing drugs again, and is "open to getting help"  but her sobriety is "always the concern."

In the past, Amanda Bynes had a tough relationship with her parents, Rick and Lynn Bynes. In 2014 she accused her father of sexual abuse but later withdrew her allegations. Now their relationship has improved, they are "getting along fine" and are "cordial" with each other.
