Billie Eilish, Jesse Rutherford breakup after almost a year of dating

Celebrity couple Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford have broken up after eight months of dating. The pair have not been seen together publicly since Coachella in April 2023.

The Bad Guy singer’s reps told PageSix, “We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friend.”

Eilish, 21, and Rutherford, 31, were spotted keeping a low profile at the Coachella, the music festival which was held in Indio, California.

A month later, in May, Eilish attended the Met Gala without her (now ex) boyfriend where she stunned in Simone Rocha’s sheer black dress.

The same night, at an afterparty, Eilish was observed getting cozy with queer actress Ava Capri.

Eilish and Rutherford, who are both singer-songwriters, were first romantically linked in October 2022. They eventually went Instagram official on November 1, 2022.

Later in the same month, the couple made headlines after making their red carpet debut at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in wrapped in Gucci blankets and pajamas.

In the November 2022 interview with Vanity Fair, Eilish gushed about her relationship with Rutherford, “I managed to get my way to a point in my life where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest f–king f–ker alive but pulled his ass.”

She went on to celebrate her 21^st birthday with Jesse Rutherford while dressed as Mr. and Mrs. Claus for the holiday-themed fête.

Billie Eilish has previously dated actor Matthew Tyler Vorce. On the other hand, Rutherford was in a relationship with model Devon Lee Carlson from 2015 to 2021.
