‘How I Met Your Mother’ star Josh Radnor, Jordana Jacobs marry in a fairytale blizzard wedding

Actor Josh Radnor is now a married man.

The How I Met Your Mother star tied the knot with his girlfriend Jordana Jacobs in an outdoor wedding ceremony during a blizzard. The venue was at Cedar Lakes Estate in Hudson Valley, New York on January 6, 2024.

He announced the exciting news on Friday via social media - by sharing a series of snapshots from his wedding day.

“I got married! Two weeks ago. In a light blizzard. It was an incredible overwhelming snowy bliss-filled weekend,” he wrote.

The 49-year-old also thanked his 164 guests who braved the 22-degree weather, “So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @thesistersofcedarlakes to be with us.”

Radnor also thanked the photo crew, designer, and Cedar Lakes Estate for making his wedding happen.

“I can’t believe my great good fortune that I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife,” he gushed about his wife.

He and Jacobs, a clinical psychologist, met at a meditation retreat in upstate New York two years ago - in February 2022.

After the weekend retreat, the pair became inseparable.

“We were constantly in touch, sharing things we had written and things we had made. Thoughts, feelings, insights,” he told Times.

The Hunter actor eventually moved from Los Angeles to Brooklyn where Jacobs’ practice and family are located.

“During the filming of this, I was very much newly with someone [who] I’m still with and continue to be very excited about,” he said while attending the premiere of the Hulu miniseries Fleishman Is in Trouble.

“I look into the infinity of your green eyes, I know that my not having gotten married until now was not due to some brokenness in me. The truth is, I didn’t get married until now because I was waiting for you,” he said in his wedding vows to Jacobs.

The couple got engaged in 2023 after meditating at Joshua Tree, California.
