John Cena marries Shay Shariatzadeh in Florida

John Cena is now a married man. According to TMZ reports, he married Shay Shariatzadeh in Florida.

The couple made their red carpet debut in October 2019, having started dating in March.

According to the outlet the pair filed for a marriage certificate early in October and wed on Oct. 12 in Tampa. TMZ also revealed that Iran-born Shariatzadeh is a Canadian national and works for a tech company in Vancouver.

This is the second marriage for the WWE star. His first wife was Elizabeth Huberdeau, with whom he was married from 2009 to 2012. Following the divorce, he went on to date Nikki Bella for about six years and was engaged. However, they canceled their wedding in April 2018 and eventually broke up in July of the same year.

Bella too has moved on with Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev. They got engaged in November 2019 and welcomed a baby boy named Matteo Artemovich Chigvintsev on August 31, 2020.
