Kyle Richards describes ‘post-traumatic growth’ after estranged husband Mauricio Umansky’s parties
Kyle Richards posts about ‘post-traumatic growth’ after estranged husband Mauricio Umansky was seen partying with other women.
The 54-year-old reality TV star took to Instagram Story to share a post from @Health which defined post-traumatic growth as “the acceptance of negative past experiences or events which can often make you more focused, compassionate, spiritual, and aware of your strength and possibilities than before.”
The Instagram account Health also captioned the post, “There's no sugarcoating it: Sometimes, life hurts. Losses, heartbreaks, and setbacks of all kinds can strongly affect anyone. In response, psychologists are increasingly studying the possibilities of what's known as post-traumatic growth. Head to the link in our bio to learn more about post-traumatic growth, and the hidden power of resilience.”
Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, came together in Aspen, Colorado to celebrate Christmas with their four daughters.
However, the real estate broker was pictured in the city days prior – with several younger women.
He was pictured stepping out with social media influencer Alexandria Wolfe, 31.
Umansky also went skiing with singer Anita, 30, and YouTuber Lele Pons, 22 – as the women were only draped in towels.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star married in January 1996 announced their separation in July 2022.
Richards had lost her best friend Lorene Shea to suicide in May 2022.
Speaking of her childhood friend, she said, “I don’t know what happened because she was so together. I mean, even in my will, she was in charge of my children, my money, everything. To lose someone like that who is, like, your constant in your life — I never had a falling out with her. She’d be the person I’d talk to about my sisters. I just never imagined that something like this could happen. Never.”
Since the separation, Richards has been linked to country music star Morgan Wade.
