Lindsay Lohan marries Bader Shammas

Lindsay Lohan has finally tied the knot!

The 36-year-old child actress married her fiancé Bader Shammas in a private ceremony, which took place just hours before her birthday.

Rumors of her marrying a 35-year-old Emirati businessman started when she posted pictures of them together on Instagram alongside a heartfelt post, “I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. every woman should feel like this every day.”

The Mean Girls star’s reps did confirm her marital status to PageSix, “I can confirm Lindsay Lohan is married.”

Lohan had met Shammas, whose birthplace is Kuwait, while she was living in Dubai. He proposed to the actress in November with a massive Harry Winston ring. She announced her engagement three months after in March 2022.

“My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love,”  Lohan had written alongside the post revealing her engagement.

Her dad Michael Lohan also spoke of his son-in-law, who has a net worth of $100 million, “He’s not a Hollywood type, you don’t see any pictures of them in the press. That was one of Lindsay’s problems — the paps encroaching on her and coming up with stories. It was tough. But she’s with a guy who doesn’t like the limelight. She’s relaunching her career and you want a good person in your life when you hit that restart button,” he added. “Everyone’s happy. Lindsay got her life back when she met him, she’s been living a really happy and healthy life.”

He continued to speak fondly of the couple, “You can see how much they love each other in their eyes. I’ve never seen Lindsay so in love … All I care about is that he’s a regular guy. I know that Lindsay wants kids. She’s amazing with kids.”

Lindsay Lohan has recently made headlines after getting back to acting with her most recent work being the NetFlix film Falling for Christmas.
