Megan Thee Stallion was surprised by her boyfriend rapper Pardi with a lavish dinner with “thousands of balloons and red roses” as decorations for their anniversary. The news comes amid the WAP singer’s struggle through allegedly being shot, an ongoing criminal case, and home burglary.

The couple reportedly put their problems behind them for a romantic evening as they celebrated their two-year milestone at Brooklyn Chop House Times Square, a hot spot in New York.

A source close to the couple revealed to PageSix, “Pardi spent hours creating the rooftop experience and décor. [The] rooftop was decked out with thousands of balloons, and red roses, and lit by candles. Megan was in awe and looked stunning.”

“They showed so much love, hugging and kissing each other,” another source added.

Pardi, 32, is also famed for his rap music and has collaborated with top Hollywood artists such as Cardi B, Kanye West, Selena Gomez, and Ed Sheeran.

Just last Thursday, the 27-year-old’s Los Angeles home was burglarized by masked robbers who reportedly stole and took up to $400,000 in cash and jewelry. Megan Thee Stallion was in New York to host an episode of Saturday Night Live.

“Material things can be replaced but I’m glad everyone is safe. Hotties I’m really sorry but after SNL I really gotta take a break I’m so tired, physically and emotionally,” she wrote to her Twitter followers.

The culprits are still at large.
