Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards' wild party for Alexandra Richards wedding to Jacques Naude!
Proud dad Keith Richards threw a wild bash this weekend as his daughter Alexandra Richards married her longtime boyfriend Jacques Naude.
The Wedding
Keith Richards and his supermodel wife Patti Hansen hired out lush Lachat Town Farm in Weston, Connecticut. His fellow Rolling Stones stars Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts attended the wedding but the band’s frontman Mick Jagger was largely absent from the wedding celebration.
PageSix reported that golf carts shuttled guests from Richards’ nearby home to the farm where the ceremony was held. And according to Dan Woog’s site 06880, the farm was rented for $15,000, and another $20,000 was paid for improvements.
Alexandra Richards too had hinted with a snap of her bridal gown spread on the floor with the caption, “AboutLastNight Over the moon to announce I’m a Mrs today! #SundayLove.” On her Instagram stories, she shared a headshot of herself as she prepared for her special day.
Bride and Groom
Alexandra Richards, 33, and Jacques Naude dated for over two years before getting engaged in the Caribbean in January 2019. She had taken to Instagram to share the exciting news,
“I couldn’t be more blessed or happier than to bring in this new year with my sister and my future husband to be. What a year it has been! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE! Cheers to 2019!”
The couple was first photographed together in February 2017 at the Whitney Museum. Naude is a South African visual artist as well as a filmmaker and shares interests with Richards who is a sound artist, model, actress, and DJ.
Jacques Naude’s short film Overberg, which was shot on his grandfather’s farm in South Africa premiered at Anthology Film Archives in 2016.
