Sydney Sweeney stands by selling her bath water soap

Sydney Sweeney defends her decision to sell her bath water. She collaborated with Dr. Squatch’s soap brand to put a price tag on her private water.

While attending the NYC premiere of the movie Echo Valley, the actress responded to a reporter’s statement about the atypical sale to fans, encouraging men to “take showers.”

“I mean, honestly though,” Sweeney replied. “I think that it’s more fun to see everybody else talk about it.”

The 27-year-old, who rose to fame starring in TV series Euphoria, admitted that it was her idea to use leftover suds from a previous campaign and add a “splash” of her bath water in the limited edition soap bar.

Just last week, she announced the launch of the soap bars, partnering with Dr. Squatch.

In a press release for Dr. Squatch, the White Lotus star said, “When your fans start asking for your bathwater, you can either ignore it, or turn it into a bar of Dr. Squatch soap. It’s weird in the best way, and I love that we created something that’s not just unforgettable, it actually smells incredible and delivers like every other Dr. Squatch product I love.”

“Hopefully, this helps guys wake up to the realities of conventional personal care products and pushes them towards natural,” she added.

Sweeney’s bar of soap is branded Sydney’s bathwater bliss.

The newly single star recently went single after breaking off her engagement with Jonathan Davino. They dated for six years.
