Tristan Thompson ordered to pay $58K in child support to Maralee Nichols for son Theo

Tristan Thompson is reportedly behind payments - $58K at that! – from Sept.15, 2023, to Jan. 31, 2024.

The Cleveland Cavaliers player is yet to make payments for his two-year-old son Theo, whom he shares with fitness model Maralee Nichols.

Nichols, 33, gave birth to Theo on Dec. 1, 2021, after it was revealed that he had gotten her pregnant in a one-night stand – while he was in a relationship with Khloé Kardashian and was expecting a child via surrogate.

Thompson, 31, and Kardashian, 39, went to welcome their son Tatum in July 2022. They are also parents to daughter, True Thompson, who was born in April 2018.

Nichols filed a paternity lawsuit against the athlete in June 2021 after he denied impregnating her over his 30th birthday weekend.

The 33-year-old NBA star, who was suspended for 25 games in January 2024, denied he had fathered the child.

After a paternity test proved he was the father, he released a statement via social media.

“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”

Thompson, who has repeatedly cheated on then-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian, apologized to her for humiliating her – again.

“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years,” he wrote.

Despite having fathered another son, Prince, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, he seems to play little to no role in raising kids other than those he shares with Khloé Kardashian.

Thompson was accused of cheating on Khloé with her younger sister Kylie Jenner’s friend Jordan Woods when pregnant with True Thompson.

Kylie Jenner and Jordan Woods have since mended their friendship – four years after the scandal.
