Who is Aaron Stanford?
Aaron Stanford is an actor by profession and American by nationality. He is well known for starring in X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand as Pyro, in The Hills Have Eyes as Doug, in Nikita as Birkhoff, and in 12 Monkeys (both series and film) as James Cole.

Aaron Stanford’s birth took place on December 27, 1976, in Westford, Massachusetts, USA. He was born Aaron A. Stanford to his mother Judith Dupras, an English professor, and his father Don Stanford, who works in publishing. He is not the only child of his parents and has a sibling, an older brother named David Stanford who is a composer.

For education Aaron Stanford attended Westford Academy, graduating from the same. He went on to study at SUNY Purchase but soon transferred to Rutgers University Mason Gross School of Arts. He graduated magna cum laude from the same in 2000. He was also trained at the London Academy of Theatre.

Stanford began his career as an actor in the year 2001. His major role was in the 2002 film Tadpole in which he portrays the character, Oscar Grubman. It earned him a nomination for the Golden Satellite Award. This was followed by minor roles in the 2002 films Hollywood Ending, 25th Hour, and in 5 episodes of the series Third Watch (2001-2002).
Finally, Aaron Stanford was cast as John Allerdyce / Pyro in X2 (2003), the film based on the X-Men superhero team.

Over the years he has had guest appearances in the TV series Traveler (2007), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2009), Mad Men (2009), Nikita (2010-2013), 12 Monkeys (2012) as James Cole, Fear the Walking Dead (2018), etc.
