Who is Clark Duke?

Clark Duke is an actor, comedian, and director by profession, and American by nationality. He is well known for starring in the films Kick-Ass, Sex Drive, Hot Tub Time Machine, and TV series The Office, Two and a Half Men, I’m Dying Up Here.

Clark Duke was born in Glenwood, Arkansas, USA on May 5, 1985. His birth name is Clark Bailey Duke and was born to his mother Angela Duke and his father Ronnie Duke. He is not the only child of his parents and has a sibling, an older brother named Chandler Duke.

Clark Duke – Career

Early Days

With Michael Cera, who is his best friend, Duke created, wrote, directed, and produced the web series, Clark and Michael. The series’ pilot was directed as his college thesis film.

In 1992 he was cast as the main role of Elliot Hartman in the TV series Hearts Afire. He portrayed the role until 1995. This was followed by guest roles in the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2004), Clark and Michael (2006), and Campus Ladies (2006). Finally, in 2007 he landed the main role of Dale Kettlewell in the comedy-drama series Greek. He worked in the series until 2011 which is his breakthrough role.

Over the years Clark Duke has starred in dozens of TV series as well as films. His film credits include Kick-Ass (2010), A Thousand Words (2012), The Croods (2013), Kick-Ass 2 (2013), Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015), The Last Movie Star (2017), The Croods 2 (2020), among others. He also wrote, directed, and produced the thriller movie Arkansas, in which he also portrays Swin.

Moreover, Clark Duke has had recurring roles in the TV series Robot Chicken (2008), The Office (2012-2013), Two and a Half Men (2014), I'm Dying Up Here (2017-2018), Veronica Mars (2019), etc.
