Hollman’s early work was in a commercial as a birthday announcer on Alabama Public Television. His debut screen role was in the 2011 short film Gabriel. During his years in college, he did his thesis work in the films Home Base, Rose Tinted, and Dina’s Interdimensional Trip.
He is very much involved in theatre. He has worked in a theatre production of Lend Me a Tenor, As You Like It, Romeo and Juliet, Native Son, Earthquakes in London, Abigail/1702, The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, The Crucible, The Brother’s Size, etc.
Films, TV Series
Colby Hollman has starred in the short films Libba (2019) as Frank Cotten and in Bad Dream (2021) as Narrator. In 2019 he was cast as the recurring character Wes in AMC’s horror drama TV series Fear the Walking Dead.
He has also been credited as a writer in the 2021 short film Bad Dream and production assistant in 2012’s Lost in Reality.
