Who is Jerry Seinfeld?
Jerry Seinfeld has made a fortune out of his sense of humor, work ethic, and determination. The American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer, and director is best known for his sitcom Seinfeld, and Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.
Jerry Seinfeld – Age, Parents, Siblings
Jerry Seinfeld was born on April 29, 1954, in Brooklyn, New York, U.S., and his birth name/full name is Jerome Allen Seinfeld. His father’s name was Kálmán Seinfeld and his mother’s name was Betty Seinfeld. His father served in the Second World War and used to collect jokes during his time of service.
He has a sibling too- a sister named Carolyn Liebling, who is now his manager. Seinfeld along with his sister was raised by their parents in Massapequa, New York.
Education, Ethnicity
For education, Seinfeld attended Massapequa High School on Long Island. He then attended the State University of New York at Oswego but transferred to Queens College, the City University of New York after completing two years there. He graduated with a degree in communications and theater in 1976.
His ethnicity is Hungarian and Syrian.

Jerry Seinfeld – Girlfriend, Wife, Children, Divorce
Jerry Seinfeld has been romantically linked with several women. He dated Carol Leifer in the early 1980s. He revealed on national TV with Dr. Ruth Westheimer that he was once engaged in 1984 but called the wedding off.
He was in a four-year relationship with his girlfriend Shoshanna Lonstein, a high school student. He was in his late 30s and she was 17 years old when they first started dating.
In August 1998, he met Jessica Sklar for the very first time at the Reebok Sports Club. Jessica had just returned from her three-week honeymoon in Italy with Eric Nederlander.
Sklar soon divorced Nederlander and married Seinfeld on December 25, 1999. In a 2007 interview, Sklar explained that she and her ex-husband Nederlander had undergone couple’s therapy even before marriage.
He and his wife have 3 children together. Their first child, a daughter was born on November 7, 2000. They named her Sascha Seinfeld. A son they named Julian Kal Seinfeld was born on March 1, 2003. The couple’s third child, a son named Shepherd Kellen Seinfeld was born on August 22, 2005.
There are no rumors of divorce surrounding the pair.

Early Days
Jerry Seinfeld's career in comedy and Television began after his graduation. While at university, he developed an interest in stand-up comedy after participating in a few college productions.
Initially, he appeared in The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson (1981) which was a huge success. He then created The Seinfeld Chronicles with Larry David in 1988 for NBC which was later renamed to Seinfeld.
Films, TV series
Seinfeld is also known for his work and appearances in the shows I'm Telling You for the Last Time, 30 Rock episode: SeinfeldVision.
He has appeared in numerous commercials too and lent his voice as Barry in the 2007 animated film Bee Movie. Seinfeld is also the creator and host of the web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, producer and occasional panelist of the reality series The Marriage Ref.
Jerry Seinfeld’s book titled Seinlanguage was published in 1993. His other book titled Halloween (a children’s book) was published in 2002.
