Lil Uzi Vert, born Symere Woods, is a rapper, singer, and songwriter by profession and American by nationality. He is well known for his songs Money Longer, You Was Right, Bad and Boujee, among others.

Lil Uzi Vert’s birth took place on July 31, 1994, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was born Symere Woods. Other facts about his early life including his parents, siblings, and the rest of the family are not shared with the public.
He began working at a Bottom Dollar store but quit after just 4 days. He was also kicked out of his home by his mother and Lil Uzi Vert soon got his face tattooed "Faith" under his hairline.

He began dating fashion designer Brittany Byrd in 2014. The couple had met in California where Byrd was attending Parsons School of Design. However, he and his girlfriend broke up after 3 years of relationship. Their breakup was announced on June 26, 2017, with the song Stole Your Luv. He went on to date Instagram model Britanny Renner briefly in mid-2018.
Lil Uzi Vert was rumored to be gay. On 8 August 2017, he took to Twitter to confirm that his sexuality is actually bisexual. He seems to be single, but a secret romance cannot be ruled out.

Lil Uzi Vert – Career
Early Career
In 2010, Lil Uzi Vert began to rap under the name “Vert” and later changed his name to Lil Uzi Vert. His first project EP Purple Thoughtz Vol. 1 was released on January 19, 2014. He also released a single White Shit along with a music video. The track went viral in 2017.
Soon after the release of his EP, he was signed into The Academy imprint. This was followed by the release of the mixtape The Real Uzi on August 5, 2014, which was a great success in the hip-hop community.
Lil Uzi Vert then signed a record deal with Atlantic Records and soon released several songs on SoundCloud. He soon released his second mixtape Luv Is Rage on October 20, 2015, with collaborations with Wiz Khalifa and Young Thug.
Albums, Eps
This was followed by the release of the mixtape Lil Uzi Vert vs. the World (April 2016), and The Perfect LUV Tape (July 2016), which were certified Platinum and Gold by RIAA respectively.
Lil Uzi Vert also released Eps 1017 vs. The World (November 2016), Luv Is Rage 1.5 (February 2017) and 2 Luv Is 2 Rage (July 2017).
Lil Uzi Vert’s debut studio album Luv Is Rage 2 was released on August 2017, and was branded Platinum by RIAA. His upcoming album Eternal Atake is yet to be released.

Lil Uzi Vert – Controversy, Feud, Legal Issue
The rapper has been accused of being a Satanist, having been inspired by Marilyn Manson's worship and support of Satan. Lil Uzi Vert also has a longstanding feud against Don Cannon, DJ Dram, OG Maco, and Rich The Kid.
On December 8, 2016, he was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia for reckless driving. He was held at a $6,500 bond, which was eventually resolved with him receiving community service.
