Lucie Donlan is a model, surfer, and social media influencer by profession and American by nationality. She is a contestant in the fifth series of the reality TV show Love Island.

Lucie Donlan’s birth took place on February 22, 1998, in England. She was born Lucie Rose Donlan and raised in Newquay, Cornwall. She is not the only child of her parents and has a sibling- a younger sister named Emily Grace Airton, who is also a model, and an older brother whose name is not known.

Education, Ethnicity

For education, she attended Wadebridge School from 2009 to 2014 and Treviglas Surf Academy from 2014 to 2016. Other information on her mother, father, childhood, and family is still under wraps.

Lucie Donlan – Boyfriend, Husband, Children, Divorce

Lucie Donlan was in a relationship with season 4 Love Island contestant Charlie Frederick. The couple had met via Instagram when he visited her hometown of Newquay. But the pair did not last long as they and they fizzled out and broke up.

In June 2020 it was reported that she was dating her boyfriend Luke Mabbott, who also competed on Love Island. She has yet to marry, take a husband, and have children. As she has never married, divorce is out of context.

Surfing, Modeling

Donlan has been surfing since the age of 13 and her love for the sport has shared her career and life. In her teens, she surfed competitively and currently works as an ISA Surf Coach. In fact, she is the youngest female ISA Surf Judge in the UK working with Surfing England.

Lucie Donlan signed with a London-based modeling agency at the age of 17 as a professional model. Since then she has modeled for some high-profile campaigns and major publications. Although she is a model, she doesn’t consider herself to be particularly glam and girly.

On Love Island

Lucie Donlan is one of the original cast on season 5 of the reality show Love Island. In the villa, she first coupled with Tommy Fury before re-coupling with Joe Garratt. But Donlan’s close friendship with  Fury did raise Garratt’s eyebrows. Fury went on to couple with Molly-Mae Hague.

He asked her to “spend more time with the girls” but later apologized to her. After Garratt was voted off the island, Lucie Donlan was made single. A week later she was saved by Anton Danyluk.

She is also a social media influencer with very creative content. Since joining the reality show she has gained over 1 million followers and counting. She is a blogger, and vlogger as well and loves to capture as well as share the moments of her active lifestyle. 

In early 2019 she traveled to Western Australia with MTV Australia & STA Travel on a working holiday visa where she worked as a bartender. Along with her two boyfriends, Josh and Alex she has documented and shared her travel and lifestyle videos on STA Travel’s official channel.

Lucie Donlan has also acted in films including the role of Young Rose in Night Rose at the London Surf Film Festival.
