Mike Hill is a sportscaster by profession and American by nationality. He currently hosts for Fox Sports 1 and is married to Cynthia Bailey, the reality TV star of The Real Housewives of Alabama fame.

Mike Hill’s birth took place on August 19, 1970, in the Bronx, New York, USA. He was born as James Michael Hill to parents of African-American ethnicity. Hill was raised in both the Bronx and Bessemer, Alabama.
He is not the only child of his mother, and father and has an older brother named Preston Hill, who is also in the entertainment business.

For education, Mike Hill attended Jess Lanier High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force Academy.

Mike Hill got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Cynthia Bailey in July 2019 after years of dating. They had met through TV host Steve Harvey after Bailey had appeared on the show to get set up with an eligible bachelor. They tied the knot on October 10, 2020.
Bailey is a former model and the cast of Bravo TV’s The Real Housewife of Atlanta (RHOA). The couple has revealed their plans to marry in October 2020. He and his soon-to-be wife have no children together, but both have daughters from previous relationships/marriages.
Hill is father to two adult daughters- Ashlee Hill (born on August 4, 1999) and Kayla Hill (born December 30, 2001) from his marriage to Miss Universe contestant Camille Hill, which had ended in divorce.
Bailey also has a daughter - Noelle Robinson (born November 9, 1999) from her relationship with ex-boyfriend Leon Robinson.

Mike Hill – Career
Early Career
Hill began his professional career in 1995 as a sports director at WHAG-TV in Hagerstown, Maryland. Later the same year Mike Hill landed a job as an anchor for KSEE-TV in Fresno, California.
In 1997 he started to cover high school football for WKRN-TV, which earned him two Emmy Awards. He moved on to work as a host for Fox Sports Net in New York City in 2002 and worked there for the next two years.
With ESPN
Mike Hill worked at KXAS-TV as a sports anchor from 2002 to 2004 before moving on to host with ESPN from 2004 to 2013. At ESPN Hill hosted a variety of shows including SportsCenter, ESPN First Take, NFL Live, Baseball Tonight, Highlight Express, etc.
On Fox Sports
Since August 2013 Mike Hill has been working for Fox Sports 1 (FS1). For the channel, he has guest-hosted Fox Sports Live and Fox Football Daily and covered college basketball. On April 7, 2014, Mike Hill began hosting the early evening program America's Pregame until its cancellation in September 2015.
He also began hosting the second season of FS1’s BIG3 games on June 22, 2018.
