Scott Stapp is a singer, songwriter, musician by profession, and American by nationality. He is best known as the lead vocalist and lyricist of the rock band Creed. With Creed, he has released 4 studio albums, and 2 Compilation albums and is best known for their song My Sacrifice.
Scott Stapp – Bio, Age, Parents, Siblings
Scott Stapp’s birth took place on August 8, 1973, in Orlando, Florida, USA. He was born Anthony Scott Flippen to his mother Lynda Stapp. He was raised by his mother and stepfather Steven Stapp, a dentist. He took the surname of his stepfather and not his biological father.
Stapp also has four siblings, all sisters. Two of his sisters are named Amie Stapp and Amanda Stapp.

For education, he attended Lake Highland Preparatory School, where he met his future bandmate Mark Tremonti. After graduation, he attended Florida State University but dropped out. He also attended Lee University where he was expelled for marijuana possession. Scott Stapp went to Valencia College and earned an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from the same.
His ethnicity is English, Irish, and Native American.
Scott Stapp – Girlfriend, Wife, Children, Divorce
Stapp married his girlfriend Hillaree Burn in 1997. After just 16 months of marriage, they divorced in 1998. He and his ex-wife have a child together, a son Jagger Stapp, who was born in 1998. The divorce granted Scott Stapp his son Jagger’s full custody.
His second wife is Jaclyn Nesheiwat, a model and Miss New York USA 2004 winner. They married on February 11, 2006. He and his wife have two children- son Daniel Issam Stapp (born July 4, 2010) and daughter Milán Hayat Stapp (born March 2007).
Nesheiwat filed for divorce in November 2014. However, the couple sought help and are still together. They added another child to the family when Nesheiwat gave birth to their son Anthony Issa Stapp (born on November 16, 2017).

With Creed
With Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall, and Scott Phillips, Scott Stapp formed Creed in 1993. Their debut album, My Own Prison, which was released in 1997 gained mainstream success, with four singles reaching Billboard's Hot Mainstream Rock. Tracks chart.
They went on to release studio albums Human Clay (1999), Weathered (2001), Full Circle (2009), and compilation albums Greatest Hits (2004), and With Arms Wide Open: A Retrospective (2015).
Solo Career
Scott Stapp began his solo career in 2005. As of 2019, he has released 3 studio albums- The Great Divide (2005), Proof of Life (2013), The Space Between the Shadows (2019), and a live album Live and Unplugged (2017).
With Art of Anarchy
Scott Stapp replaced Scott Weiland as the lead singer of Art of Anarchy, which was announced on May 3, 2016. Weiland died on December 3, 2015, after a drug overdose at the age of 48. The band released their single The Madness in August 2016 followed by the album The Madness on March 24, 2017.
However, in February 2018, it was reported that Art of Anarchy had sued Scott Stapp for allegedly refusing to promote The Madness and refusing to tour.
