Just a year after their relationship made headlines, Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have confirmed that marriage is “on the table.”

While on the Amy & T.J. podcast, Robach explained that they are not “racing” or “rushing” towards marriage since both have been married twice before.

Amy Robach’s ex-husbands include Tim McInTosh and Andrew Shue while T.J. Holmes was previously married to Amy Ferson and Marilee Fiebig.

Maybe the third time is a charm for the couple.

Robach explained to the listeners, “We did not enter this relationship for fun or for ‘Let’s see what happens.’ We entered this relationship because we intended on spending our lives together.”

Speaking further of their relationship, the former co-anchor added that she “can’t explain why there’s this desire” to put “some sort of legal … button” on their affair. Holmes also added he wants to marry his partner as he is tired of calling his 50-year-old partner his “girlfriend” – with him being 46 years old.

The “GMA3” cohosts’ scandalous affair came to light in November 2022. The pair left ABC the following month.

The hosts went on to launch their podcast Amy & T.J. on December 5 – the anniversary of their departure from ABC. They eventually made their red carpet debut as a couple at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball 2023.

Since then the couple has reflected on their scandalous relationship – having denied having an affair as Holmes was “very close to entering divorce proceedings.”

Robach also tried to justify that their relationship was not an affair since Holmes had expressed his love for her even before they held hands – as he had developed feelings in the summer of 2022.

“Everyone thought we were being outed as adulterers — being outed as cheating on our spouses — and it wasn’t the case,” they added.

Another twist in the scandal came to light in early December 2023 after it was reported that Holmes and Robach’s ex-spouses Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig had begun dating.
