The 31-year-old actor is said to be in a relationship with Suzanne Somers’ granddaughter, Camelia Somers. This comes two years after he and Emma Watson broke up.

The Glee actor first appeared in Camelia’s Instagram post from her October birthday dinner with family and friends.
The 25-year-old has been starring on the CBS soap opera Bold and Beautiful as Charlotte since 2015. She graduated from the University of Southern California in May 2018.
