Hilary Swank, 48, reveals twin babies’ due date

Pregnant Hilary Swank has shared the due date of her “miracle” twins, conceived at the age of 48.

The actress and film producer revealed her babies have a special link to her late father, Stephen Michael Swank. While appearing on Friday’s episode of the TV talk show The Drew Barrymore Show, Swank said in an emotional tone, “They’re due on his birthday.”

“Yeah, I know. It’s like, [wow].”

Stephen Michael Swank, 48, who passed away in October 2021, was born on April 16.

The P.S. I Love You star announced her pregnancy on Good Morning America- further revealing that she was in her second trimester.

“This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom. And not just of one but of two,” she added.

She and her husband Philip Schneider began dating in 2016 had tied the knot in August 2018.

Recently the couple celebrated their wedding anniversary via Instagram, “It’s been a year! The best of my life…besides the first year…and second year together. Happy one-year wedding anniversary, to the love of my life.”

The Oscar winner was married to actor Chad Lowe from 1997 to 2007. Following her divorce, she went on to date agent John Campisi from 2007 to 2012 and was even engaged to athlete Ruben Torres in 2016.

While still married to Lowe, in 2006, she shared her desire to be a mother, “I definitely would like kids someday. That’s definitely something that I’ve always thought about as a very, very young girl.”
