Jane Seymour, 74, shares her secret diet – kept size 4 since high school
Jane Seymour has revealed her secret diet, as she looked half her age attending an event in Los Angeles.
The British actress spilled that the Mediterranean diet has helped her maintain a size 4 since she was a teenager.
Seymour, 74, told Daily Mail, “I love the Mediterranean way of eating, it works so well and it tastes good, it includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish,' she shared.

The former Bond girl was attending the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations Presents Jane Seymour Career Retrospective event, which was held at the Meryl Streep Center for Performing Artists.
Seymour dazzled in a pale blue cotton summer dres, highlighted hair, bangs, and a fresh tan.
The Golden Globe winner, who is 5 ft 4 in and a size 4, has previously commented that she has been the same size since she was a teenager.

She also shared that she has a big meal once a day at around 1:30 pm.
The Dancing With The Stars veteran explained, “I start the day with coffee and hard-boiled eggs for protein, and it isn't till later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it. I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard which I love to use.'
Later in the day, she does snack on pistachios, hummus, and cold veggies like cucumbers and celery.
Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman, added, “I do love nuts. I am a savory person, I like the salt. Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy.”

The Live And Let Die star revealed that she does not follow a strict diet and stays away from drugs like Ozempic to stay thin.

"People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them. If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat. But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted,” Jane Seymour detailed.
