The Academy-Award-nominated actor Josh Brolin has sustained burns while tying the trending perineum sunning.

He took to Instagram in late November 2019 to share his recent burn while sharing the picture of a naked man lying on his back with legs spread in the air.

“Tried this perineum sunning that I’ve been hearing about and my suggestion is DO NOT do it as long as I did. My pucker hole is crazy burned."

Josh Brolin went on to add how it ruined his day due to the "severity of the pain"

"I was going to spend the day shopping with my family and instead I’m icing and using aloe and burn creams because of the severity of the pain. I don’t know who the f**k thought of this stupid shit but f**k you nonetheless. Seriously.

The practice of “perineum sunning” was introduced to the world by Instagram influencer Ra of Earth, who posted a viral video of three naked men lying on the grass with their legs up so that their backsides are exposed to the sun.

Ra of Earth said in the video,

“In a mere 30 seconds of sunlight on your butthole, you will receive more energy from this electric node than you would in an entire day being outside with your clothes on.”
