Mandy Moore, husband Taylor Goldsmith welcome second child together

Mandy Moore and husband Taylor Goldsmith have become parents for a second time.

The actress gave birth on October 21, 2022, to her second child- a baby boy named Oscar Bennett.

On her Instagram page with over 5.5 million followers, Moore announced the arrival of the new family member, “Ozzie is here! Oscar Bennett Goldsmith arrived a little late but with much aplomb (and an easier/speedier delivery than his big brother, much to the delight of his parents). Every adage is true: our hearts have doubled in size and the immediacy of the love is astounding. He is beyond words and we are so grateful for our family of four!”

The series of pictures posted showed the couple cradling their newborn in the hospital room with each parent taking turns to look closely at their baby.

Goldsmith, 37, too took to social media to announce the birth of his second boy.

Moore and Goldsmith welcomed their son Gus in February 2021. 

Back in June, the A Walk to Remember star announced her second pregnancy. She wrote alongside a picture of Gus wearing “big brother” shirt- to her followers, “One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to start… and are we ever so deeply grateful and excited. Baby Boy Goldsmith #2 coming this fall! Tour is gonna be slightly different than I expected but I can’t wait and Gus is gonna be the BEST big brother!! Xo”

The couple married on November 18, 2018. Previously she had been married to singer, and songwriter Ryan Adams from 2009 to 2016.  They did not have any children together.
