Matthew Koma gets vasectomy – wife Hilary Duff pregnant with fourth child
Matthew Koma has got his tubes clipped!
The American singer-songwriter revealed that he got a vasectomy amid wife Hilary Duff’s third pregnancy together.
Koma, 36, took to Instagram Story on Monday.
“It’s vasectomy day!!!” he wrote.
The soon-to-be dad of three shared a mirror selfie as he sported a Budweiser shirt, matching hat, and green shorts.
“Vasectomy fit check,” he captioned the post alongside a picture of himself in a car.

He also shared a hilarious conversation with his doctor as he asked, “Have you ever worked on something this small before?”
“No, it’s actually not small,” replied his doctor while his wife Hilary could be heard laughing in the background.

The DJ also shared a picture of himself in a hospital gown. “Just took a Valium and feeling hyped. What if he gets a bone bone?”
After the procedure was done, he updated his followers on his condition.
“10/10 would recommend,” Koma captioned another picture as he gave a thumbs-up in underwear filled with gauze.

He later admitted that he was high on Valium, the drug administered to reduce anxiety.
“So I’ve never taken a drug in my life or drank. After that Valium, I get it. I just want to do Valium all day. That feels so good. I slept better than I’ve slept in years,” he explained.
Koma and Duff married in 2019. The couple share two children together – daughters Banks, 5, and Mae, 2.
Actress and singer Duff is also a mother to son Luca, 11, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie. They were married from 2010 to 2016.

The Lizzie Mcquire star announced that she was pregnant with her fourth child in December 2023.
“Surprise Surprise!” she wrote alongside a picture of her cradling her baby bump in her family holiday card.
“Happy Holidays. Buckle up Buttercups, we’re adding one more to this crazy bunch! The Duff, Bair, Comrie Crew,” the card read.
