Nina Dobrev’s nasty bike accident - ends up in ER

Nina Dobrev has been hospitalized after a bicycle accident.

The actress shared the horrifying news on Instagram with two pictures - the first one in which she is sitting on an electric bike smiling and a second one where she is lying on a hospital bed with a neck brace and a knee brace.

She captioned the post, “How it started vs how it’s going 🤕.”

The Vampire Diaries alum also took to Instagram story to post an update on her condition - posting a selfie from her hospital bed where both braces were visible.

Dobrev, 35, explained in the next slide, “I’m ok but it’s going to be a long road of recovery ahead ❤️‍🩹🤕.”

Friends and fans swarmed her social media, some pointing out she was not wearing a helmet in the first picture.

“Nina remember to wear a helmet next time!!” one concerned fan wrote.

Actress Sophia Bush remarked, “Nooooo! You poor babe.”

Julianne Hough, dancer and actress, also commented, “That’s my girl! 🫠

Obviously wouldn’t make jokes if you were not ok…”

The Bricklayer star is very active on social media, often updating her followers on her personal and professional life.

She also often shares clips of her adventurous life with her boyfriend Shaun White, an Olympic gold medalist.

The pair have been dating since 2020 but made their red carpet debut two years later - at the London premiere of Top Gun: Maverick.

Since Dobrev’s rise to fame in the early 2010s, she has been romantically linked to Ian Somerhalder, Derek Hough, Liam Hemsworth, Austin Stowell, Glen Powell, Grant Mellon, and Shaun White.
