Rebel Wilson hit goal weight a month early- down to 75 kg!

Rebel Wilson has completed a major milestone in her weight loss journey.

The 40-year-old actress shared her achievement on Instagram on Sunday to share she reached her goal weight of 75 kgs (165 pounds) with a month to spare.

“Hit my goal weight with one month to spare!” Wilson posted to her Instagram story alongside a photo of a scale she stood upon. “Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kg’s.”

Back in January she started her weight journey and has been sharing her physical transformation on social media.

Earlier this month, Wilson – who is in a relationship with - Anheuser-Busch heir Jacob Busch revealed she consumed about 3,000 calories per day prior to her ‘year of health’ journey. 

“Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” she told People. “So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t use to eat a lot of meat.” 

She added her new diet consists of fish, salmon, and chicken breast.

“It doesn’t mean every week is a healthy week,” Rebel Wilson told the outlet. “Some weeks are just write-offs, and there’s nothing you can do about that.”
