Shia LaBeouf and wife Mia Goth pregnant with first child
Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth are expecting their first child together.
The on-again, off-again partner of the Transformer actor was seen running errands in Pasadena, California. She wore a tight white quarter-sleeve T-shirt and low-rise black leggings which showed off her growing baby bump. Although the 28-year-old actress wore simple attire, she also accessorized with pearl earrings and cat-eye sunglasses.
Since beginning dating in 2021, Goth and her 35-year-old husband have had a tumultuous romantic history. Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth married in 2016 in Las Vegas but separated just two years later.
Their rep had then reported, “Shia and Mia have filed for divorce. The separation is amicable, and all details pertaining to the divorce proceedings will remain private.”
The couple did not grow through divorce but the rumors of their reconciliation began when the two were spotted riding bikes in Los Angeles - wearing wedding rings in March 2020. Since then they have been pictured at Disneyland in June 2021.
LaBeouf and Goth’s pregnancy rumors started when her baby bump seemed to pop out while spotted together at Chuck E. Cheese in November 2021.
Last time Shia LaBeouf was embroiled in controversy after his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs sued him for alleged abuse including sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress. The accusation was denied by the actor. They had begun dating after his separation from Goth in 2018 and had met while filming Honey Boy. They were together for less than a year. LaBeouf’s other ex-girlfriend Karolyn Pho also accused him of abuse.
In an e-mail to New York Times, LaBeouf said, “I’m not in any position to tell anyone how my behavior made them feel. I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say.”
