Spice girl’s Emma Bunton and partner Jade Jones plans to marry after dating 20 years!
Emma Bunton, 43 is finally tying the knot with her boyfriend of 20 years, Jade Jones, 40. The couple previously got engaged to marry way back on 23 January 2011. Finally more than eight years later, the couple has decided to tie the knot.
Wedding plans
Bunton and Jones are planning to wed at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall which is a favorite wedding venue for stars. They had “rushed” into Enfield Register Office, North London to give notice of intent to marry. The romantic partners have 12 months to formally marry.
The legal paper revealed that the date of the report is 13th February 2019.
Bunton who previously had no intention of marrying had said they "don't need a wedding to justify our relationship" and showed a change of heart in 2017. Bunton had given a sight hint on her wish to get married,
“It would be nice, wouldn’t it? I should get round to it. He already calls me his wife and I call him my husband. We’re both Aquarians and a little disorganised, so we never get round to organise anything! I’m sure we’ll be one of those couples that elope somewhere.”
Relationship recap
The couple had started dating in 1998 when they both were in their early 20s. But in May 1999, they split for the first time. In September 1999 Emma Bunton began dating British footballer Rio Ferdinand after getting introduced by friends David Beckham and Victoria Beckham but broke up after a year of dating in September 2000.
By November 2000, she was back in a relationship with Jones. For the second time, the couple split in March 2002 because of Bunton’s decision to work with ex-flame Simon Fuller. She briefly had a fling with American singer Justin Timberlake in 2003.
By 2004, Emma Bunton was already back with Jade Jones and the couple has been together ever since.

"It’s another thing that we’ve talked about. ‘I think it’s something that Jade would love. He’s so wonderful with the kids. I think if we were lucky enough to… ‘You’ve gotta take that time and make sure. With my two, I left enough space that I could give them that time. But yeah, we have talked about it [having another child]. It’s on the table."
She added on,
“Never say never. I’ve always been very maternal and I love being around children. I think if I’m lucky enough that would be something wonderful."
