“The world was upside down” Tameka “Tiny” Harris accuses husband T.I. of cheating after release from prison!

Rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris has opened up about their marriage on the Red Table Talk interview hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris.

On the show Harris, 44 talked about how she gained her independence and found her voice while her husband was serving his time in jail. T.I.,39 has in and out of jail in the last 10 years. He was sentenced to one year in prison in 2009 for a weapons possessions charge. Just a year later he was arrested for drug charges and sentenced to 11 months in prison.

Cheating allegation

She tells,

“Once I got on my own two feet, I felt like I should have a voice, too, and that voice was a little different from what he was used to. So that, to me, is what caused the issue. It wasn’t because I’m just being outlandishly disrespectful.”

“You could not move, you could not go anywhere, I was still in the house like I was on probation doing all the things. 

But because I had a voice that was not so timid — to me, this is my outlook on it — I feel like he felt like, ‘This is not the woman I left and this is not what I want. I want someone that, if I tell her this, she’s gonna listen and she’s gonna do this the way I want her to do it.' He went and found him somebody that he could be like, ‘Hey, don’t move, do that,’ and then I was not her.” 

In December 2016 Harris had filed for divorce but rekindled their marriage and remained married. 

T.I. also spoke up,

“When I got back the world was upside down. She kinda had an air like, ‘It’s my time.’ I thought we were going to hit the ground running and get back to things being the way they were and that was an acclimation period that I had to make it through. 

And me just coming back and not being in the position that I was in it led me feel lesser than. So I had to go and figure out ways to make myself feel proper and adequate again. And that led to things that led to things that led to things….”

Marriage and Children

Harris and T.I. have three children together- sons Clifford Joseph Harris III, Major Philant Harris, and daughter Heiress Diana Harris. Tiny Harris, who is also known as Tameka Harris also has an older daughter, Zonnique Pullins, with ex-boyfriend Zonnie "Zeboe" Pullins while T.I. too has three children from previous relationships.
