Pool met American filmmaker, YouTube personality, and vlogger Casey Neistat in the mid-2000s. Initially, she turned down his offer to go out on a date but eventually agreed. They eloped in 2005, but their marriage was short-lived, getting annulled just a month later.

While Candice Pool struggled as a jewelry designer, she worked as a bartender. She eventually began to ring door to door in the neighborhood to sell Friendly Plastic and rhinestone earrings.
Finally, after years of hard work, Candice Pool founded the company Finn Jewelry in 2004. Over the years, the jewelry line has thrived. Their classic and meticulous designs and collections have created a unique position for themselves.
In 2009, Finn Jewelry relocated to Noho, New York City, where their showroom began to display various categories of jewelry, including rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets for both men and women.
Their client list also includes celebrities such as Karlie Kloss, Taylor Swift, and Naomi Watts. She is also a designer for Love Billy.
