Bushwick Bill, who was born Richard Stephen Shaw, was a rapper by profession and Jamaican American by nationality. He joined the rap group Geto Boys in 1986 as Little Billy.

Bushwick Bill’s birth took place on December 8, 1966, in Kingston, Jamaica. He was born Richard Stephen Shaw with dwarfism. His father Rollin Shaw was a merchant marine and his mother Deloris Shaw was a maid.

Bushwick Bill – Girlfriend, Wife, Children, Divorce
Bushwick Bill had been in a relationship with several women and had dated them. However, he has not had much publicity about his girlfriends and loves his privacy. He never married and was sans wife. And as he never married, the divorce of out of context.
Back on October 10, 1991, he shot himself in the eye during an argument with his girlfriend. He was under the influence of alcohol and PCP. Bill survived but lost his right eye.
Although he did not marry, he is the father of four children. His son is named Javon Boutte, his two daughters are named Delmera Angelle, Aly while the name of his youngest daughter is not known.

Bushwick Bill – Career
Early Days
Bill began his professional career in 1986. He had joined the Geto Boys as a dancer by the name of Little Billy. After transiting to rapping, he was featured in Geto Boys' debut album, Making Trouble, which was released in 1988.
But the album received bad reviews. So the label Rap-A-Lot dropped a lot of members of the group except for Bushwick Bill and DJ Ready Red. Soon J. Prince, the CEO of the label recruited Scarface and Willie Dee.
Albums
The group released the album Grip It! On That Other Level in 1989 which was better received. Their third album We Can't Be Stopped had the graphic image of Bushwick Bill moments after he shot himself during an argument with his girlfriend as the album cover. It went on to be certified platinum in 1992.
Other albums released include Little Big Man in 1992, Phantom of the Rapra in 1995, No Surrender…No Retreat in 1998, Universal Small Souljah in 2001, Gutta Mixx in 2005, and My Testimony of Redemption in 2010.
