Who is Chris Grundy?

Chris Grundy is a TV show host. The American is well known as the host of Travel Channel’s 50/50, DIY Network’s Cool Tools, and DIY Dominator.

Chris Grundy was born on September 24, 1967, in the USA. He was raised by a single mother, whom he fondly calls Mama Grundy. Although he has not publicly talked about siblings, he has introduced his nieces and nephews on social media. He does not have a relationship with his biological father.

Grundy started his professional career as a performer in improv comedy groups in the Denver, Colorado area. He performed in areas including Chicken Lips, Impulse Theater, and Rattlebrain Theater.

Grundy is a well-known TV host, having worked on Travel Channel, DIY Network, etc. With co-host Samantha Brown, he began hosting the Travel Channel series 50/50 in 2015. He was previously the host of the HGTV/DIY Network’s American television show Cool Tools, Home Strange Home, and Blog Cabin. 

Aside from hosting a career, Chris Grundy has also been credited as an actor. He has appeared on the shows Andy Barker, P.I., Help Me Help You., and is a frequent guest on the FOX31 Denver KDVR weekday show Everyday. Grundy also starred in the 2017 holiday movie Heaven Sent.

The TV host has also worked in ad campaigns for the Colorado Lottery, Bass Pro Shop, etc.
