Marozsan began her career at DJK Burbach. There she played for a boys' team and later joined 1. FC Saarbrücken

In 2007, at the age of 14, Dzsenifer Marozsan became the youngest player to play in the German Bundesliga. Her debut game was for 1. FC Saarbrücken played for the team until 2009.

The same year in 2009, she signed with 1. FFC Frankfurt played as a midfielder until 2016. Dzsenifer Marozsan then signed with Olympique Lyonnais from 1. FFC Frankfurt.

At the international level, Dzsenifer Marozsan played in the senior national team in October 2010. She represented Germany in the 2016 Olympic Final and was named the captain of the German team on 21 October 2016.
