Esmé Bianco is a model, actress, and neo-burlesque performer by profession and British by nationality. Among all her acting roles, she is best known to play Ros on Game of Thrones.

Esmé Bianco’s birth took place on 25 May 1982 in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England as Esmé Augusta Bianco. She is very secretive about her family background and thus has shared nothing in terms of parents, siblings, or childhood.

As for education, she attended Stagecoach Theatre Arts and Goldsmiths, the University of London to study Drama and Theatre Arts.

Esmé Bianco was in a high-profile relationship with Marilyn Manson from 2010 to 2011. Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner is an American singer, songwriter, actor, and record producer. Currently, Bianco is single sans boyfriend, although a secret affair cannot be ruled out.

Early Days

Bianco launched her career with performances in music videos for Robbie Williams and Slayer. She is also a successful model, modeling as a lingerie model for Agent Provocateur, Modern Courtesan, and Atsuko Kudo.

For her burlesque and cabaret shows, she has traveled the world performing at the Monte Carlo Grand Prix, W Hotel, Ministry of Sound, and Vanity Fair.

Esmé Bianco had posed for painters such as Christian Furr and Peregrine Heathcote. In terms of her acting career, she started acting in 2007. She was cast in films including Chemical Wedding (2008) as Mavis, Burlesque Fairytales (2009) as Mother, Dead Man Running (2009), and Living Among Us (2018).

Bianco also has portrayed characters in the series Any Human Heart (2010), Eric, and Ernie (2011) before finally landing the recurring role of Ros in Game of Thrones. She was in the series from 2011 to 2013.

Since 2011, she has appeared in the series The Magicians (2015-2016; 2018), Supergirl (2018), and voiced characters in Star vs. the Forces of Evil (2017-present) and Hot Streets (2018).

Esmé Bianco – Abuse, Accusation, Controversy

In March 2019, Esmé Bianco revealed via Instagram that she is a domestic violence survivor. Years ago, her abuser, who was also her boyfriend. whipped her in the name of “art” while filming it. She did not realize she was being abused until later on. She later confirmed her boyfriend at that time was Marilyn Manson.

In late April 2021, Bianco publicly supported Ashley Morgan Smithline in her accusation against Marilyn Manson. Like actress Evan Rachel Wood, she accused Manson of using "drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts" and at times "when she was unconscious or otherwise unable to consent."
