Jolie Sikes – Career
Junk Gypsy Co.
After college graduation, Sikes moved back to Texas with her family. She worked part-time at the family pizza restaurant and with her sister slowly built what would one day become Junk Gypsy.
The Sikes sisters traveled through America like gypsies, collecting roadside trinkets and treasures in which most would find little value. They eventually founded their brand Junk Gypsy Co. in 1998. The brand which is based in Round Top, Texas sells vintage flea market finds and has been hugely successful.

Rise to fame
Amie and Jolie Sikes reached the spotlight when country singer and songwriter Miranda Lambert hired them to redesign her Airstream tour bus in 2010. They were hired again by Lambert to design her wedding vehicle for Blake Shelton in 2011.
The opportunity eventually led the sisters to be cast as the host of the HGTV show Junk Gypsies in 2012. The season also featured a redesign of Dierks Bentley's Airstream tour bus.
