Lindsey Vonn is a former World Cup alpine ski racer and American by nationality. She was on the US Ski Team and had won four World Cup overall championships and a gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Lindsey Vonn’s birth took place on October 18, 1984, in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. She was born as Lindsey Caroline Kildow to mother Linda Anne Kildow and father Alan Lee Kildow, who was a ski racer until a knee injury at the age of 18.
She is not the only child of her parents and has four siblings- sisters Karin Kildow, and Laura Kildow and brothers Dylan Kildow, and Reed Kildow. They are of Norwegian ethnicity.

Lindsey Vonn – Boyfriend, Husband, Children, Divorce
Lindsey Vonn married her longtime boyfriend Thomas Vonn on September 29, 2007, at the Silver Lake Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah. Thomas is a former U.S. Ski Team athlete and a 2002 Olympian.
However, just after 4 years of marriage, she and her husband announced their divorce in November 2011, which was finalized on January 9, 2013.
She went on to date golfer Tiger Woods in March 2013, having met him at a charity event in 2012. This relationship too ended in May 2015 as the former couple split. Vonn briefly was in a relationship with NFL assistant coach Kenan Smith.
In June 2018 she started dating P.K. Subban, an ice hockey player in NHL. The couple announced on August 23, 2019, that they had gotten engaged. In December 2019 Lindsey Vonn revealed that she has proposed to Subban over Christmas. In December 2020, having postponed their wedding date, the couple separated.
She went on to date her millionaire boyfriend Diego Osorio. Vonn is not a mother yet as she has never had children.

Early Career
Vonn began to ski as a child, having been taught by her grandfather Don Kildow. They skied at Buck Hill Ski and Snowboard, through family vacations, and commuted from Minnesota to Colorado to ski. In the late 1990s, the family moved to Colorado to ski exclusively at Ski Club Vail.
Lindsey Vonn climbed the ranks of the U.S. Ski Team. She was just 16 years old when she made her World Cup debut on November 18, 2000, in Park City, Utah.

Professional Career
Vonn, then aged 17, made her Olympic debut at the 2002 Winter Olympics. In 2005 she competed in four races at her first World Championships, finishing in fourth place.
She competed in the Winter Olympics in 2006, finishing in the eighth position, despite having suffered a bruised hip. At the 2007 World Championships, Lindsey Vonn won a silver medal in both downhill and super-G.
Vonn won the overall World Cup for three consecutive years- from 2008 to 2010. She went on to compete at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, where she won the gold medal.

Overall she has competed in the World Cup from 2001 to 2019 with 82 wins, and in World Championships from 2005 to 19 with 8 medals (2 gold included). She completed in 2002, 2006, 2020, and 2018 Olympics, winning 3 medals, including 1 gold.
Lindsey Vonn retired from skiing on February 10, 2019, at the age of 34.
