She is not the only child of her parents and has two siblings. Her older brother Stefan Guarachi has Down syndrome and had participated in Special Olympics in the 2000s, winning three gold medals in tennis. Alexa Guarachi also has a sister named Carolina Guarachi.

Early Days

She began playing tennis when she was 5 years old and started her professional career in the 2000s. She won the coveted U.S. National Clay Court Singles Championship at the age of 14. After graduating from University she finished the NCAA tournament as a semifinalist in singles and doubles.

Competition

Over the course of his career, Alexa Guarachi has played in WTA as a double, winning in 2018 with partner Desirae Krawczyk and finishing the game as runner-up in 2018 and 2019.
