Royce Reed is a reality TV star, dancer, author by profession, and American by nationality. She is well known for starring in the VH1 reality series Basketball Wives, as owner, and founder of the dance company Fantashique, and as the ex-girlfriend of NBA star Dwight Howard.

Royce Reed’s birth took place on 22 June 1980 in Florida, USA. She was born Royce Lyndsay Reed and is not the only child of her parents. She has an older sibling, a brother named Ryan Reed.

After completing her education at Dr. Phillips High School, Royce Reed enrolled at Florida A&M University. From there she graduated with a degree in Theatre Education.

Reed began to date NBA star Dwight Howard in 2005. The couple had met in July 2004 when she worked as a dancer for the Orlando Magic. She gave birth to her boyfriend’s child- son Braylon Joshua Robert Howard on November 18, 2007.
But their love affair did not last long and they soon went their separate ways. In the spring of 2008, Royce Reed filed a paternity suit against Howard requesting the Orange County Circuit Court to grant 'child support determined by Florida’s Child Support Guidelines.' The custody battle dragged on for years and was very messy. Finally, after 8 years, both settled down for co-parenting. Howard is also a father to four kids with different women.
In 2012 Royce Reed began dating American football wide receiver, Dezmon Briscoe. But the relationship did not last long and they broke up later in the same year.
Currently, Reed is believed to be a single sans husband. As she has never married, divorce is out of context.

Royce Reed – Career
Early Days
Reed began her career as a dancer while also working as a cocktail Waitress at Hooters. She also worked at SeaWorld, as a coordinator at Walt Disney World, as a spieler at Universal Studios Orlando, and at studio 305 Dance Studio where she was discovered by agent Splack, who goes by @splack89 on Instagram.
She was the dancer for both the basketball teams Orlando Magic and the Miami Heat. After Royce Reed began dating NBA player Dwight Howard, she was cast in 2010’s reality TV series Basketball Wives, which is co-produced and co-starred by Shaunie O'Neal.
She starred in the series until its end in 2013, after three complete seasons. She has also portrayed a role in First Lady (2018) as Stacee and had an appearance in Inside Edition (1988).

Royce Reed is also the owner and founder of Fantashique, a dance company. As an author, she has written and published a book series called College Girls.
