Tom Pelphrey is an actor by profession and American by nationality. He is well known for playing Jonathan Randall in the CBS television series Guiding Light, Mick Dante in As the World Turns, and Kurt Bunker in Banshee.

Tom Pelphrey’s birth took place on July 28, 1982, in Howell, New Jersey, USA. He was born Thomas J. Pelphrey to his mother Laurie Ann Pelphrey and his father Richard T. Pelphrey. He is not the only child of his parents and has a sibling, a brother named Robert Pelphrey.

Pelphrey began his career as an actor in 2004. His breakthrough role was as Jonathan Randall in the radio and TV soap opera Guiding Light. He portrayed the character until 2009 and earned two Daytime Emmy Awards among many other nominations.
