Hayden Panettiere granted restraining order against ex Brian Hickerson

Actress Hayden Panettiere has been granted a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson on Tuesday.

Panettiere, 30, filed a request for an out-of-state restraining order that would protect her in California. The request comes five months after Hickerson was arrested for domestic battery on Valentine’s Day in Wyoming after allegedly assaulting her. However, Hickerson pleaded not guilty to the charge, and a trial is scheduled for September.

This is the second case of domestic violence arrest for Hickerson. In May 2019 he was arrested for allegedly assaulting Panettiere during an altercation at their home after a night of drinking. Then he was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Hayden Panettiere.

The pair had been dating since 2018 after her split from longtime boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko, a former Ukrainian professional boxer. Panettiere shares a daughter Kaya Evdokia Klitschko (born in 2015) with Klitschko, who has had full custody of their child since August 2018.
