Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ children celebrate after major sex trafficking charges acquitted
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ children speak out after their father was acquitted on major sex trafficking charges.
Some of the rapper’s seven kids publicly spoke out about their dad being found not guilty on two counts of sex trafficking charges, racketeering conspiracy, and fraud or coercion. These charges could have sent him to prison for life.
After 13 hours of deliberation, the jury concluded Combs to be guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Each of the charges carries a maximum of 10 years in prison.

Combs's lawyers have insisted that the sex during sex parties was consensual while conceding to domestic violence.
One horrifying example of domestic abuse publicized was his beating and dragging his partner, Cassie Ventura, into a hotel lobby, which was caught on security footage.

Sean Comb’s adopted son Quincy Brown and daughter Chance Combs were also present at the court.
Music producer Charlucci Finney was present at the court to support his friend of 40 years.
He told Daily Mail, “ just didn't know which way it was gonna go. I haven't even processed this yet. Man it's incredible he's gonna be coming home.”
Diddy's mother, Janice Combs, was also present.

Despite the verdict, Diddy was denied bail and will be spending his time in jail before sentencing. His lawyers wanted Diddy to be released on a $1 million bond.
Meanwhile, there was a different story from the prosecution side. Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and star witness, Cassie Ventura, reacted with horror to the jury’s findings.
As the jury foreman delivered the verdict, Diddy flashed his smile and clasped his hands in prayer while some spectators yelled joyfully.

Singer Ventura, who dated Combs for almost a decade, testified against her ex while eight months pregnant. Her husband Alex Fine, with whom she shares three children, was spotted out and about with their children.
Ventura’s lawyer Douglas Wigdor released a statement after the verdict was read.
“She displayed unquestionable strength and brought attention to the realities of powerful men in our orbit and the misconduct that has persisted for decades without repercussion.”
Wigdor also shared her focus on her family and “trying to move forward.”
