Actress Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli have been charged with additional bribery charges on October 22, 2019, following the nationwide college admissions scandal involving at least 50 individuals including a dozen parents.

According to Page Six, The extra charge for the couple, conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, has been tied to the original case that they allegedly paid $500,000 in bribes to send their two daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Giannulli to the University of South Carolina.

In contrast to Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, who pleaded not guilty, celebrity couple Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy had pled guilty along with several other individuals.

Since pleading not guilty and unaccepted plea deals by the Giannulli family, the feds have pushed for additional charges- and a grand jury in Boston just delivered it to them.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are already facing charges of wire fraud, and money laundering, and their trials are expected to begin in 2020.
